Searching for the Great Pumpkin.....AGAIN!

Cameron is careful when it comes to making decisions. At 18 months old he was featured in the Tri-City Herald searching for the perfect pumpkin. We went to the pumpkin patch for Mommy- and -Me. When the rest of the group was back on board the tractor admiring their pumpkins, Cameron was still making that important decision.

Yesterday we went to the Pumpkin Patch on a field trip with school. The rule was they had to be able to carry their pumpkins themselves. When he found this one, I thought we might have a winner.
Not quite right!!
"Cameron, hurry sweetie!!!!"
(Four tractor wagons full of kids back on board, Cameron still searching.)
Cameron's decision?
A full round pumpkin with perfect ridges. As everyone got home yesterday they were immediately sent to the front porch to admire
THE PERFECT PUMPKIN!!!
Pumpkins Matter :)

What a Great Pumpkin. He knows how to take his time to find just the right pumpkin. That's great. He has patience & knows how to wait for what he truly wants.
I'm going to check out your cooking blog. I'm excited...

He's one for the details huh?! So is he looking for the perfect one to carve or something? So cute.

You just can't rush into these things, you know. Hayrides come and go, but a pumpkin is FOREVER.

It looks as if Cameron is nothing short of a "Fine Pumpkin Connoisseur"
Good for him for staying in that patch until he finds what he is looking for!

Cameron looks all grown up and old. I think that is how old Dallin should be.

My technique changed a few years ago, and now I look for the still green, oddly shaped pumpkin.

But I can totally appreciate the search effort, and the great reward of finding the perfect Round, Orange pumpkin!

So does patience--and you definitely have it for waiting for your little guy.

I remember that Mommy-n-Me. So fun! That was right after our wards first blended together. I'm so glad that Cameron found his perfect pumpkin.

Hey Debbie, this is Marcella. I was working on my blog and I found yours. I'm sitting here with Rachael and she is so blown away at how mature your girls are. You are looking fantastic.
Take a look at my blog. Katrina is that last at home. Rachael and Allison are married and Andrea is in Rexburg just having fun. - Marcella
