How many times have you thought to do something nice for someone else, but didn't. Life sometimes gets in the way of accomplishing the things we want to do. Maybe we are too busy, maybe we really don't want to do the things we ought to do or sometimes it's even fear.
Yesterday, (I hope she won't mind me mentioning her name) this thoughtful gal dropped by with a real treat for me. Did she wake up and think,
I'm going to go and do that?
This step happens all the time, but the difference here is that she did it: And you'll never know how much I appreciated it. It was a generous, sincere expression of friendship and love. For everyone reading this today (commenters and non-commenters), the next time you think to yourself, "I should go and do that" (whatever it is) don't think or delay:
Just Do It.

I already know what I'm going to do.
What about You?

I know that sweet girl that did that pay forward act. She blew me away yesterday too. I was thinking the same thing. What can I do today to give back? I have to go to work, but I will think. Thanks for this positive post Deb.
The great thing about pay it forward is, it doesn't have to involve money. Just look around and act kindly.
Pay it forward is a big deal, and I am going to post about it tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder.
I am so glad you liked it.
Thanks for this wonderful message! I've been working on being more thoughtful and following through in doing nice things for people. It really doesn't have to be anything big. And who doesn't love being surprised?
Deb-Try to call me, my phone is all busy signals. Comment and let me know if you can get thru. Thanks.
Pay it forward...a real way to make the world a better place. We had so many people come forward and help us out with Elisabeth and now I am anxious to be able to go help others in their trials. We all need to support eachother, be kind to eachother, and learn from eachother. Thanks for this post.
Jan- your phone is busy. Obsessed bloggers are we that we can practically carry on a conversation blogging style.
Thanks- I needed that!
